Done! The last two years I provided all my documents on time but they did not file my taxes because of their own clerical mistakes which they caught many months later. I paid their bills not knowing that the filings had not been made. After the first year, they promised me it wouldn't happen again. And, here we are the same mistake the following year. Done.
