Was deceived about time spent working on rough running pickup truck. Charged 2 hours labor for an eventual 10 minute diagnosis. For an electrical fault the scruffy mechanic took apart the exhaust system saying that although my Fixd scanner and his scanner both showed an electrical fault, the problem was possibly a bad catalytic converter - 2 hours labour cost completely off base and fabricated and confirmed to be so by a licensed mechanic friend. Also even put in some ridiculous sensor worth another 60 bucks. Arif, the owner, supports all this jiberish bull and is highly dishonest himself. Arif also made, on a previous trip there, the mechanic install both parts on a wheel axle system that the mechanic was adamant that only one of the two parts was necessary. He basically bullied the mechanic to do the unnecessary work or risk their job.Stay Faaaaaaaaarrrrrrrr Away from this dump. The pictures of the shop on the website are clearly stolen from another "nice clean and tidy shop" from somewhere else. Drop by and take one quick look inside the shop and you will see for yourself the deceptive attitude of this so-called business. Looks like a roadside auto shop straight out of Nigeria outlands.

I went to Dover as my Fixd scan said "cylinder 4 misfire." dover's scanner said the same thing. The mechanic told me that the engine wouldn't run that bad even if it was only running on 7 cylinders and told me he was an "expert" and had tuned 1,000's of F150 trucks like mine. He proceded to disconnect the exhaust lines in front of the catalytic converters to see if they may be plugged. Then he did another scan and replaced an O2 sensor. Then he finally pulled the spark plug on cylinder #4 to easily discover there was virtually no compression. This should have been the first item checked as that's what the scan showed - a problem with that cylinder. But then my labor charge would have only been 10-15 minutes to confirm the engine was beyond repair. Rather I ended up paying for 2 hours labor and a $68. Sensor. Talk about a scam job. I used to take several cars there but this company is completely OFF my list now Forever. Stay Away. The owner Arrif and his people clearly don't value honesty or integrity AT ALL. Go to Meineke on 17th instead. I gave one star because there was no choice of zero stars.
