I have been dealing with Dr. Joshi for over 3 years now after I had stents. He is a very caring Dr. I could not ask for a better one in my opinion. The only problem over the last 3 years has been trying to talk to a human or get a call back. Guess what!!! Today I called (Dec 9/2021) I thought I had called wrong number because the most pleasant lady answered the phone. She advised me calls will be returned in a timely manner in the future if she cant pick up. We all know times are busy & at times we have to be patient. This lady was a joy to talk with (sorry I did not catch her name but she was new) She solved my issue in a flash and ended with " Have a wonderful Christmas
