I have received 3 orders now that were NOT what I ordered , I understand that certain flowers may not be available , but when I order a Super-Size that is what I expect to receive, They offered me a $20 store credit, They can Keep it as I will Never order from Bloomex again, Order from Canada Flower's I never have a problem with them and they always include a vase with your order. So very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service . I will give them maybe 2 stars Debbie Montgomery
