Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisNot a good experience, Has a good architect, had a tough time with controlling options and said, "we can do whatever you want" Didn't really guide us through a home building process and continually had loose budgets . We had to pull teeth to get vendor visits, often only given vendor contacts or websites of suppliers. Never attended a visit with us. Some pricing was included in build price, but some was upgraded but never explained. Signed contract initially in September and signed off on upgrades in December, come July still not digging and ended up telling us he cannot fiancé the deal and suggested we get a construction loan as well as suggesting he cannot build for the price we signed off on 6 months ago. Had to mutually agree walk away from the deal. Very disappointing.
