Note moyenne 1,0 basée sur 1 avisOur 5 month old puppy was seriously injured and required surgery, while in their care. When we went in to see the video of what happened the Owner Dylan was verbally abusive to us. They tried to say that the puppy was playing when in the video they finally showed us it clearly showed our puppy was trying to get away from another dog and when he jumped up on the steps, the other dog pushed him off the back side. There was no staff present. The owner is aggressive and obviously should not be in business as he escalated an already emotional situation, and he did not even apologize for what happened. I would not recommend this daycare in fact I would suggest stay as far away as possible. They are a disgrace to pet care facilities and do not follow their statement of having the highest safety standards or excellent customer service.
