There are at least 25 cubicles to service clients
Today there were 4 employees , 3 of whom left for an hour lunch at the same time
The waiting room had over 100 people
Do the math …such an intolerable experience I am a senior Canadian taxpayer and I expect a whole lot better from our government. This was shameful, absolutely shameful
