Air West recently purchased a business that I originally contracted to install a furnace last November. After completing most of the installation, the original contractor said they would return the following week to replace the roof cap and install insulation in the ducting going to the roof. Four months and many emails and calls later, I finally received an email bounce back stating the inbox was no longer in use - so I called the office line. The call redirected to Air West where I was informed they had purchased the business, and I told my story. They had a tech out same-day (despite my suggesting it didn't need to be immediate, just scheduled) for an inspection, and had that same tech out the next day to complete the work - free of charge, or even a mention of charge. I had an incredibly positive experience, so I booked them a week later to clean the ducts in the house. They came out within a day to do a quick inspection and provide a quote, then scheduled the work on the following Monday. When they arrived, the work was quick, considerate, and professional. I would 10/10 recommend this company to anyone who asks for a referral.
