Brydon Stairs went above and beyond when they responded to our call. After a flood in our condo we had to replace the flooring on our stairs & after removal of the carpet we discovered a large gap between the stairs and wall. Brydon Stairs' phone number was on the existing stairs so we phoned. After explaining our situation a representative came to our home, measured the space, made stringers to resolve the issue, and delivered them to us. They did this regardless of the fact that the problem was created by the installer and not their company. They provided the service and stringers at no cost to us. A truly professional company that put customer service as their priority!
