We had a 4 season dual pane sunroom built in February of 2017.
There have been numerous issues since the winter build.
1) the is a structural failure in one beam in the roof and its sagging since it was built. They have sent people out three times to try and fix it. The last time was a year ago and it's still sagging.
2) The seals are not all the way to the top of the panes and allow moisture in between the panes.
3) The last time they were here, the broke a pane in the roof and have never replaced it.
4) the grouting around the door is so badly done I can see outside and let's heat out.
I have had nothing but excuses and empty promises to fix these issues from Danny Fredrich. I have heard you're next for more than a year. They have said the only way to fix the sunroom is to take it all apart and rebuild it. And now he's quit accepting my calls. My next step is going to have to be taking him to court to fix these issues. It's really sad he's taking advantage of my 87 year old mother. It was a $42,000 sunroom.
I WILL REMOVE THIS POST WHEN THEY EITHER FIX THESE ISSUES OR GIVE US BACK OUR MONEY.
