Took three months (five phone calls, five emails and two website chats) before this firm Finally emailed me the link required to confirm a policy cancellation request. Making it impossible to cancel a policy without conversing with an agent, denying the conversation took place, and continuing to debit the consumer is fraud. Staff of companies like this are complicit-- they should be ashamed.
