    What can I say about this company other than I wish google let me rate it 0 stars, unfortunately they require a 1 star min. We joined in on a wedding party later on near "crunch time" as in 3 months before the wedding was set for. You would think sending dates and the amount of people we wanted to book should be a simple task. Only 3 people and one room. Simple in fact a simple search through various other vacation sites would allow me to book the same hotel, same dates for cheaper then offered through a group booking. Instead we have spent over a month trying to get an invoice figured out on how much we even have to pay. With just over 70 days till the wedding. Days between communication and even when we email or call its still a long time before a reply happens. The travel agent Amy is terrible at planning and time management and instead of owning her mistakes tries to deflect and blaming other things like the travel company she's booking with or the fact its a group booking so its all manual, or she's waiting on X Y Z. It is absurd that it takes over a month to book. I have dealt with other travel agents in the past and booked to various locations across Canada and the United States each one of those experiences has been a breeze. I would get a detailed itinerary within an hour of inquiry and would be booked and paid within a day if not at the travel agent that day. I can say nothing good about this experience with Amy, the prices are higher than booking through other places (FOR THE SAME PACKAGE), the communication on her end is beyond lacking, the poor bride is trying to deal with her wedding and getting her guests booked, basically micromanaging the travel agent constantly. Please please please please avoid this if you are planning a wedding or needing a stress free vacation you do not need the headache of this company. After Posting reviews on google and facebook, Amy then started to message the bride telling her that we must take down our reviews. So on top of poor service instead of fixing her mistakes she still has with the bride and her party she is more focused on a poor review. Yet another deflection of her ability to do nothing but sell the idea she is a good travel agent. TL;DR---Avoid at all costs and just save the headaches.
