I went to their office during their business hours few times and its always closed eventhough I hear few people laughing inside? How many units do they manage to not take calls? The lady answered my phone call today Sept 15, 2023 at 1:30 pm once. She wasn't very nice and said she got another person to talk to and hung up while I we still having a conversation about my up rent.
They're representative need customer service training. No respect to people. They have a door sign in their office saying they don't tolerate abusive behavior but I think it's staff who's is abusive and works for them to treat people like shit. I hope the management see this and they have to be audited.
