Average rating 1.0 based on 1 reviewJust don't work here! It is better to be jobless and on EI. There's an old hasbeen with severe control issues that works there as the "lead hand". He goes out of his way to make all other workers feel unsafe, belittled and criticized over every little petty thing. Poor attitude towards safety tons of environmental, physical and psychosocial hazard that the so called "lead hand" creates especially with his smoking in the workplace near combustible materials and liquids that management knows about but does nothing to solve the issue. Even though there was a fire in the shop in April of 2018 as a result of the smoking. High turnover rate for obvious reasons. People typically are miserable working there. It is only a pay cheque. One nice thing about working there is Friday at 4:00 PM that way you don't have to be there anymore.
