The $200 move in and out fee is criminal. Not sure what they do with it. Damage is never fixed. They leave garbage out in the lobby for so long that it becomes infested with fruit flies. They also don't take care of ice in front of the door with residents becoming injured. Other residents had to make up their own signs to warn about the ice.
