Hi I hired Maria Corley twice over the years. I feel she was not tuned into my needs or situation and both times I ended up with the wrong home. A house ..and again then when downsizing to a condo. For all the fees I paid I received a blanket as a gift (once) and a yearly calendar advertising her company. At the time I felt she was a professional, and she was, for her own gain/interests. It’s a late review, better late than never. To anyone out there buying or selling please make sure you have a true and reliable bond with your realtor. Buying a place is an amazing and exciting ..and costly experience. All involved should be communicating so that the client gets a home that fits.
They shouldn’t feel confused or pressured.
They shouldn’t have regrets.
