We've ordered pizza from Boston Pizza sometime ago, & the pizza was really lacking sufficient toppings, crust was cold & very chewy. We used to go into BP often years ago, & the food was always great. Decided to try going in on the 29 of Aug. 2024, & give it another try. Unfortunately, we were therebetween 2:30-4:46 & it was very quiet. There seemed to be one waiter who was doing the bar, tending customers, etc. He was pleasant enough, but when the food arrived 1 medium pizza, it was barely warm, the crust was very chewy once again, & the toppings were paper thin & scarce. We were extremely disappointed in the quality of the food. I don't think we'll be going back or ordering from BP again unless different BP's have higher standards than this one at Southport Rd.
