After my recent visit(s) to All season Motorsports I am disgusted with the service (or lack of) I received, below are the facts of my visit. Fact. I had previously purchased tyres for my bikes and ordered a new set for my current bike, I paid a 50% deposit over the phone. Fact. The tyres I requested were not available and All Season Motorsports neglected to tell me, on my return from a work trip I called to book my bike in only to find out the tyres were not available. An alternative set was ordered. Fact. July 29th I rode my bike from home (High River) for the fitting of the new tyres. Fact. After 4 hours waiting at the shop I was informed that my bike had been dropped. Fact. The clutch lever was sheared off at the base, the gear shifter assembly was pushed into the engine block and the wing mirror was broken. Fact. The bike was un-ride able. Fact. I was promised by the store manager that he would ‘see me right’ and get the...
