My landscaper sent a picture of the damaged tree to Cole. I didn't get a response. My pine tree lost its needles in the Fall. I was told it was normal. In the Spring it was covered in bugs. I sent a picture to Cole. He wasn't sure what it was. He gave me the phone number of a company who would spray it. I called left a message and did not receive a response. The arborist said it's pine scale. I had it sprayed in the Fall. It is early Spring and my pine tree is brown. Not sure yet if it will recover. This has been a very sad experience for me. I would hate to see it happen to others
