I cannot express enough anger and resentment for getting their services for my wedding day. My mother in law paid for our Dj on June 25,2022 for our wedding. A few months before, I sent a playlist of songs for requests to be played at our wedding. Three of those requested songs were not played and even the songs they Suggested were not played and their reasoning behind it was that it was not on the playlist. Another mishap were the wireless microphones that kept turning off every two sentences during the entire event. Groom and mother-in-law's request were completely ignored and played old songs that people complained about. I myself as a bride cannot go to the dancefloor because I do not recognize most of the songs being played due to it being older than me. The dj that audiocheck sent had no idea on half of the songs he is playing even though Ronald Laquendanum confirmed everything on his end saying that he received the playlist. No amount of apology or money will make it up to the complete and utter garbage of service you gave us that night that completely ruined our wedding.
