Please avoid this company. Managers and owners are so rude. I was a loyal customer until my shipment was lost. It is insured but they wont do anything about it. They dont wanna take responsibility and not answering my emails and calls. Please avoid this company. Not worth sending parcels there. Sent it canadapost, they will stand behind their customers. Dyk post isnt facing problems.
