Holy Cross Eye Surgery Centre

I have to tell you that the admitting staff at the Eye Centre part of the Holy Cross surgical centre are the rudest people I have ever come across. My father who is legally deaf and can only read lips was being admitted and I came as a support person. I asked the girl do you have a clear visor or can you pull your mask down if you’re asking my dad questions because he can only read lips and the girl said no and I said Ok well I’m going to have to ask the questions to my dad so I know as how to talk to him and he cannot understand people who talk fast or have accents. All of a sudden out of the blue somebody came and shook her finger in my face and said it is the Ahs rule that they must wear facemasks and we won’t tolerate you talking to a person like this. I never spoke to anyone in a rude manner all I did was explain the situation and somebody decided to stick their two cents in to have their little Covid authoritarian attack. I would not recommend this hospital or surgical centre to anyone if their family member has a disability since they are rude and would not accomadate for his disability, they did not allow me to stay with my dad until such time as they called his name and now I’m sitting in a parking lot waiting to see if they’re even going to touch him so that he knows that they’re calling his name and they will not answer their phone .
