Lazy diagnostic practices. I came in due to an eye infection. Completely swollen eye and red with no other symptoms. The dr. Wouldn’t even see me face to face. I had to wait in my car and wait for his phone call due to the possibility that this eye infection could be caused by covid. The doctor did not help me at all. No prescription eye drops, nothing. I immediately went to another clinic who had a doctor who saw me face to face and examined my eye and gave me the proper prescription to treat the infection. I told him the story and he laughed. You can’t fix something if you don’t look at it.
